It's a science fiction story that tells about Gilbaris, a big artificial brain. This artificial brain tries to send Galactron's army toward Earth to get the red steel as quickly as possible. In those moments, Riku heads to Okinawa to get that. Along that route, Airu Higa is in a strong confrontation with one of the people of Cushia (called Cushia Jin) who asked for his help and recruited him on a mission. Galactron's army enters Okinawa, but things have not gone well for the Ultraman youth.
